I don’t have any ideas for my logo what can I do?
You can call us 0844 4 11 22 44 and our highly trained logo team will give you some advice and suggestions, alternatively email us at sales@officeexpress.co.uk.
Can I use Disney or famous designs in my logo?
No. We always refuse to infringe copyrighted and trademarked works. It is illegal and can result in heavy legal fees. Please ask us for ideas.
What is Embroidery?
Embroidery is our most popular method of personalising a garment. It is the best way of creating a long-lasting, professional, top quality and multi-colour effect. Our embroidery is produced on computerised, ultra-modern, multi-head machines run by experienced, highly skilled operators. There are several different places on garments we can embroider please contact us for further details.
What is screenprint?
Screen printing is ideal for healthy and safety wear ie, hi – vis waistcoats and hardhats, it is an ideal cheaper alternative to embroidery. It is charged by the number of colours in the design. Normally, we print in one colour, which is the most economical.
Can I see an embroidery/screenprint proof?
Once we have been given the go ahead to originate the logo and you have set up an account we will process the origination, on completion you will be sent a proof on a swatch of material for you to sign and send back to head office.
I would like individual names embroidering aswell on my logo is this possible?
Yes we can embrodier individual names on any garment incurring a £1.00 extra charge.
Do you keep embroidery designs on file for repeat oders?
Yes we keep all designs in a unique filling system ready for any repeat orders, this contains all colours and locations of the design.
What if I want to change the design of my logo?
This is not a problem, contact a member of our team by email or phone and request with us the relevant changes, designs changes will incur a charge please contact us for a quote.
What happens if I need to change the colours in my logo?
We are able to do this at no charge, please contact a member of our team for further information.
I am wanting a garment with more that one embroidered logo, is there a standard price?
Logo prices are dependant on the number of stiches, we can easily logo a garment with several logos, ie. if you wanted 2 logos this would incur 2 embroidery charges, please contact us for a quote.
What are you lead times on personalised clothing?
Lead times on personalised clothing are 10-21 working days, however most orders are turned around within 2 weeks.
How much is delivery within the UK for corporate clothing?
Delivery charge is standard in the UK at £6.95.
What are your charges for shipping corporate wear outside the uk?
Delivery charges vary outside the UK, but as we are in partnership with a despatch company we can deliver anywhere at very competitive prices, please contact us for a quote.
Can we mix the order in terms of different colours, sizes and types of garmnets?
Yes can you mix any order with different garments and different colours all embroidered or without embroidery.
Are the garments good quality and are they brands we can rely on?
We only use branded goods, fruit of the loom, henbury, jerzees etc we do not use any non branded goods. All goods have been thoroughly tested, we can only embrodier on good quality garments therefore never compromise gament quality.
What happens If I want to see a sample of the goods before I order?
You can request a sample of any goods before you order, there is no charge for the garments however there is a standard delivery and collection charge of £10, this charge is not dependant on items therefore you could order 10 items as a sample and the charge would still on be £10.
What happens if I cant find the particular product I am after?
If you are unable to find the particular product you after please don’t hesitate to contact us we love a challenge and are usually always able to find any product you are after.
What if I require a large quantity of products ie.5000 t-shirts, will I get discount?
Yes you will receive a discount on a high quantity order, please contact us to get a quote.
How can we obtain discount?
If you wish to order continual products with us , why not set up a credit account with us and ensure you receive discount?
How can I find specific brands or types of clothing?
If you would like for example a Henbury polo shirt then search under polos and choose the selected henbury one you would like to purchase?
I've found a product I like, but what colours does it come in?
Colours are listed for each product in the main product image that you see when you first click on the product icon image.These colours are meant as guidelines only, and may vary due to monitor calibration.
How do I make a repeat order?
Either you can contact us direct on 0844 8 11 22 44 or simply enter your order again, if you have an account with us you will be able to order your specific products when you login.
What is you refund policy?
With refernce to corporate clothing we are unable to refund personalised garments which have been ordered, all logos are proofed first by the customer.
Is there a setup charge for logos (embroidered or screenprinted)?
Yes, there is a setup charge for both depending on how many stiches the logo is will depend on how much the logo costs and depending on how many colours are in the screenprint will affect the price of this, this is however a one off payment please contact us on 0844 8 11 22 44 to get a quote.
Is there a minimum order charge?
No there is minimum order charge on clothing.
