How do I place an order?
Please contact us by email or phone or fax, attaching any relevant artwork.
What do I need to supply and in what format?
You need to supply us with the relevant artwork you would like us to use, this can be sent in any format usable by windows XP but preferably PDF. You will also need to supply any existing products you have (if you have them) ie, business cards, letterheads etc.. so we are able to quote a like for like product.
Can I obtain a proof before I order?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide a proof until the order has been placed but you are able to make any alterations you require after seeing the first proof and so on.
Is there an additional charge for more than a 1 colour print?
Yes, there is a small price increase for extra colours, please contact us for a quote.
How long does the order take to arrive once I have signed off the proof?
The lead time is generally 2-3 weeks however this can be shortened depending on the product, please ask us when you place your order.
What happens if I am not happy with the goods when I receive them?
Unfortunately once you have signed the proof off we are unable to refund, this is why it is imperative to ensure your proof is exactly as you require.
Is there a minimum quantity I must order?
Yes, there is minimum quantity for some products ie, business cards and letterheads we generally say 250 as the price is more competitive. Please contact us for further details.
Do I receive discount if I order in bulk?
Yes, the more you order the better price we can get you, please contact us for a quote.
Is there a set-up charge for the artwork?
Yes, there is a set up charge for artwork however this is a one of payment and will be kept on file.
