Can I place an order by phone?

Yes call us on 0844 4 11 22 44 to place an order and for any further information.

What happens if I cant find a products?

Give us a call and one of our trained sales team will try and source this product for you, we love a challenge.

When will my order be delivered?

If all the goods are in stock your order will be delivered next day as long as they are ordered before 5pm, if the goods are not in stock you will be contacted to inform you of the expected delivery date.

What happens if my parcel/goods are damaged?

If the goods arrived and the box or any items inside are damaged please contact us direct by email or telephone and we will arrange a collection and replacement.

What if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return an item ie, that was ordered incorrectly please contact us direct and we will arrange a collection, we are able to credit the item as long as the goods have not been opened and are returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were originally delivered, you will then receive a credit for the item but will have to incur and collection charge and cost of the goods and redelivering charge.

Do you offer a AM delivery service?

Yes, we can deliver your goods on an AM service but delivery lead times is 2 days if the goods are in stock and there will be an additional delivery charge, please contact us for further information?
